The installation, according to Fr. Kelvin, took place on Thursday, May 19, 2022. The news of his installation was made known on his Facebook Page on Friday, May 20, 2022.

Fr. Kelvin Ugwu, MSP, who is known for his pure and unbiased teaching, not only on the Catholic faith, but on generalised issues, especially Christian related was installed as the Dean of Madisi Deanery, in the Archdiocese of Lilongwe, by his Archbishop, Most Rev. Dr. George Desmond Tambala.

Fr. Kelvin is a Nigerian, from Enugu precisely but, a Catholic Missionary Priest in Malawi. Fr Kelvin had touched the lives of a lot of people both in Malawi, where he works, and in Nigeria, where most of his Facebook Fans are based.

He, on May 6, 2022, released a beautiful song titled "Ndimakukondani," a Malawian language meaning "I love you."

Fr. Kelvin on his Facebook post thanks his Archbishop, the Priests and the Christian faithful of Madisi Deanery for their love and support and for making it such a beautiful and colourful event.

He prayed that God would bless everyone and give us the grace of final perseverance. Amen.
